    I got this pillow to help me with a neck issue I have been struggling with on and off for years. A couple of months ago the issue flared up worse than ever before. My chiropractor suggested a contour pillow. I have used a neck roll in the past with some success. But the one I had was just too soft. When I got this I was so excited to go to bed. I received it the night before I left town so it went with me!

    I love this thing. It obviously can't correct the damage already created, but it helps me from repeatedly agitating my neck by providing proper support. I have been using it as my only pillow. I sleep mostly on my back. Sometimes I roll on my side. But it is great either way. I left all of the wool in it and it is good, firm and supportive.

    I would recommend this to anyone suffering from neck pain due to improper sleep position.
